Is it difficult to get started with e-cigarettes?
We at cigge.se have made it very easy by offering customers starter kits that contain everything you need to get started vaping; you only need to purchase e-juice separately. With our more advanced starter kits, however, you may need to purchase external batteries for your e-cigarette, as they do not have built-in batteries.

I cough a lot when I puff on my e-cigarette. What should I do?
If this happens to you, we recommend lowering the nicotine strength of your e-liquid. This is very common for newcomers to the world of e-cigarettes, but don’t worry, it’s not a problem. You need to try different strengths to find the nicotine level that satisfies you! It may also be that your throat is sensitive to PG (propylene glycol), which is the substance that creates the throat hit when you inhale from your electronic cigarette. In that case, look for an e-juice with a higher VG percentage.
If you have ordered a number of e-juices from our online shop and would like to change the nicotine strength, you can exchange them for a lower nicotine strength (provided that the products are unopened). Please contact our support team if you would like to make an exchange.
Which e-cigarette is right for me?
There are many e-cigarettes on the market, and it can be difficult to decide which e-cigarette to buy. There are several things you should consider when getting an e-cigarette:
• Does the e-cigarette feel comfortable in your hand?
• Can the e-cigarette vaporize the e-juice I have chosen?
• Will I still be happy with the e-cigarette after a month, or will I want more vapor production after a while?
• Can the e-cigarette last several hours without needing to be charged?
• Am I looking for something similar to an analog cigarette, or do I want a display that shows the battery level & information?
• Do I want an e-cigarette that is small and convenient, or a more robust e-cigarette?

I have a simpler e-cigarette. Which VG/PG ratio should I use in my e-liquid?
If you have a simpler e-cigarette, such as an eGo AIO, we recommend a VG/PG ratio of 50/50 or 60/40, as the coils in an eGo AIO cannot handle more than 60/40. The liquid starts becoming very thick above 60/40, and the atomizer does not have time to vaporize the e-liquid, resulting in less flavor. If you use a Stick V8 2000/3000 from Smok, we recommend using 70 VG / 30 PG or higher.
What do I need to mix my own e-juice?
To mix your own e-juice, you will need base liquid & flavor concentrates. We have a wide selection of flavor concentrates with every flavor you can imagine, so feel free to take a look at our flavor concentrate range.
