What are Mesh coils? Here are the answers you’re looking for

Nowadays, development is moving quickly, and many of the leading e-cigarette companies are competing to create the latest innovative technology to take vaping to the next level. One company that develops e-cigarettes and accessories and has truly succeeded in introducing several highly advanced e-cigarettes is the Aspire brand. With a focus on improving vaping, a new coil technology has emerged. This new technology is called “Mesh” and differs greatly in appearance from a regular wire coil, although in the end it produces the same result but with different characteristics. Further down in the post, we will explain what a Mesh coil is and how a Mesh works.

Technology is moving forward, and with the new innovative Mesh coils, this technology has taken vaping to a new level with improved vaping.

The revolutionary company Aspire created the groundbreaking Cleito Pro Tank, which utilizes Mesh Coils and has become a much-discussed tank around the world. Created using high-quality materials & smart technology, the Cleito Pro tank has received high ratings from vapers.

What are Mesh coils?

A Mesh coil is a coil that is not made of wire but comes in the form of a metal mesh. The mesh is made of metal, and the principle works so that the larger the surface area that is heated, the more vapor the e-cigarette will produce. The mesh coil is heated and saturated with the help of the cotton, and the result is that the e-cigarette will produce a larger cloud. Mesh coils are perfect for vapers who want to blow large clouds.

The Mesh coil works essentially the same way as a regular wire, but produces larger clouds because it has a larger surface area than a wire. It can also be argued that a Mesh coil produces better flavor as well.

Mesh coils are made either of stainless steel or Kanthal, materials that many wires are made from. Mesh coils are definitely an option if you want to explore other branches of vaping; you can shape the mesh coils however you like in your tank, provided it is designed to handle Mesh coils.

Profile RDA Tank – Mesh & Wire coils

A good example of a tank that uses Mesh coils is the new Profile RDA tank from Wotofo. The Profile RDA tank delivers large clouds, and the Profile tank works with both Mesh coils & regular wire, perfect for vapers who want to be able to vape with both coils.

The Mesh coils in the tank can handle between 40 and 60W and offer the vaper large clouds and an improved flavor experience. It is also worth mentioning that the Profile RDA tank was created by Wotofo and designed by Mr.JustRight1, who is a famous vaper.

The Profile package includes Clapton coils & Mesh coils that you can easily install in the Profile tank. It also includes a tool that you can use to bend the Mesh coil according to your own preference. The RDA tank has many features and is, among other things, compatible with squonkers & has adjustable side airflow so that you can regulate the intake yourself.

The benefits of Mesh coils

Some of the benefits of Mesh coils are that the coil produces more clouds / vapor for the user. The coils also have the characteristic that this type of coil heats up significantly faster than regular traditional wire, which in turn delivers much faster “hits” to the vaper. You also get a more intense flavor experience.

Mesh coils also have a longer lifespan than traditional wire, as the mesh coil heats up across its entire surface instead of at points, as with wire coils, for example. With these innovative coils, high wattage is not needed to achieve optimal performance. The user can easily vape at 40–60W and still produce large clouds & enjoy a great flavor experience.

Mesh coils are an interesting alternative to regular coils and are worth trying if you want to test new coils for your e-cigarette tank.

Have you tried Mesh coils? What did you think, and which e-juice did you use in your tank?
