For some time, we have been thinking about how we can improve our shipping options for you customers and how we can improve the checkout experience. We have looked at many possibilities and decided to develop a system that allows you as a customer to choose where you want to pick up your package. Note that this service only applies to our express options where the shipment is delivered to a service point.
If you enter your postal code, the available places where you can pick up your package will appear. If there are more service points, you can choose to "show more" to display the complete list of service points. You can also see the opening hours of the service point you have selected.
We are very happy to be able to offer you this service starting today (2020-01-15), which we believe will be greatly appreciated.
