We are now raising prices due to new taxes
cigge is now raising the prices of e-liquid with a strength higher than 15mg.
The government decided earlier this year that the excise tax on nicotine liquids shall be SEK 20 and SEK 40 respectively, excluding VAT, which for you as a consumer means SEK 25 and SEK 50 respectively, including VAT. Whether the tax on products exceeding 15 mg should be this high can of course be debated, but a decision by the government is difficult to change and unfortunately we must now raise our prices. Regulations concerning products that have previously been in stock have enabled us as a store to postpone the increase for a period, but now, on July 1, we are therefore forced to raise the prices.
