There are several steps you need to go through to clean your tank in the best way, otherwise the old flavor may linger and mislead the flavor profile of your new E-juice.
How do I clean my tank in the best way?
It is important that you clean your tank regularly, especially if you are planning to replace your E-juice. If you have been using, for example, a tobacco or licorice flavor, you may need to replace the coil, as the flavor has settled so firmly in the cotton that it is difficult to remove. A lot of dirt can accumulate inside your tank, which can prevent the coil from doing its job. The cleaner you keep your atomizer, the longer its lifespan will be and the better flavor you will get from your tank.
There are a few things you need to keep in mind when cleaning your tank. You can start by disassembling all the parts of your tank. Rinse and clean all the parts (except the coil) with warm water, making sure to remove all old e-juice that may be hiding in crevices or similar places. If you want to be extra thorough, you can scrub with a cotton swab to reach awkward spots. If your tank is very dirty, you can also use a few drops of dish soap.
You can also clean your tank with alcohol. We recommend using unflavored vodka as a solvent to remove all layers of e-juice. Use a cloth or paper towel and scrub until the surface is clean. Then rinse the tank with warm water.
Dry each component thoroughly
Once you have cleaned your tank of all the old e-juice, it is time to dry your atomizer. It is also very important to be thorough here, especially when drying the base of your tank, as access to all the hidden corners that may be found in your tank base can be limited. Use paper and dry it carefully. We also recommend that after drying your tank, you let it stand for 15-20 minutes to air-dry.
If your e-cigarette is stained
Have you perhaps spilled E-juice on your e-cigarette and it is sticky? In that case, we recommend taking a paper towel, lightly dampening it, and then polishing your e-cigarette. Try to avoid covering your e-cigarette with e-juice, as it can seep into, for example, the fire button, causing it to stop working. Alternatively, the fire button may get stuck and fire by itself, which will result in burning your coil. If the display on your e-cigarette has a lot of sticky fingerprints on it, you can use a polishing cloth to easily clean the surface of the display.
