What is a disposable vape?
A disposable vape is exactly what it sounds like, a vape that you can use once. Actually, or more accurately, you can use your vape until the battery or flavour runs out. Our disposable vapes have no buttons or settings. Each device is prefilled with 1.5ml - 2ml of e-liquid (depending on the brand) & if you buy it with nicotine, it is included in the pod. You do not need to deal with any potential nic shots or refilling, and no prior knowledge is required. Simply take it out of the packaging & start vaping.
Our vapes are adapted for MTL (Mouth To Lung), which means that you draw the vapour into your mouth, let it rest for a moment, and then finally inhale it into your lungs. With this way of vaping, both the feeling and the experience are remarkably close to that of a real cigarette. How much nicotine does a disposable e-cigarette contain?
Our disposable vapes contain nic salt with a nicotine strength of 20mg/ml(2%).
Our disposable vapes contain nic salt to provide a quick release and mimic the sensation you get from a cigarette. Nic salt also has a more "throat-hitting" sensation than regular nicotine, which can have positive effects if you want to quit smoking tobacco cigarettes, as the experience is very similar. Nic salt is slightly more expensive than regular nicotine, but your e-cigarette will deliver nicotine significantly more efficiently. In the long run, you will save both money & e-juice when you choose products with nic salt.
What is the difference between a disposable pod and a disposable vape?
Yes, this is a question we occasionally receive at Cigge. Disposable vapes & disposable pods, what is the difference between them?
Simply put, a disposable vape is a device that you vape on & then dispose of when it runs out. It cannot be recharged or refilled with a new flavour.
Disposable pods are almost the same thing; the difference is that you can replace your pod/tank when the flavour runs out and replace it with a new flavour without disposing of your vape. The device is also rechargeable - which differs from the disposable vape.
There are also so-called prefilled pods, which are ready-filled tanks with your favourite flavour. You simply replace the pod at the top, so-called Plug-N-Play. There are also empty pods, where you can choose the flavour yourself from our juices. We recommend that you choose an e-juice/e-liquid with 50VG / 50PG for these devices, as the coil most often operates at low power and performs best with thinner liquids.
As you can see, there is quite a lot to choose from, and sometimes it can feel like a jungle of products within the e-cigarette industry.
